First, I created "witch house / rapegaze" songs to show my girlfriend that everything hipster isn't good. I whipped 3 of them up really fast (it honestly took longer to upload them from iMovie to Youtube than it did to write, record and mix them) and used my phone to take a picture of a polaroid I took as a kid and used that as the "album" cover. I hope you enjoy the 3 songs, named, "gluegun," "sugar cubes," and "I forget."
I also threw together a techy prog metal track because the age of wankery is reaching it's apex (I hope). I used a couple of riffs that have been sitting in my garbage pile for years. I'm glad they've finally gone to good use.
Now, serious talking: Hideaki of BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS has told me that their new split album with VOLUME will be extra proggy and draws influence from Animals as Leaders. I'm excited to hear the wankery!
